<p dir="auto">Ok, was wondering if this weapon could have an affect put on it. It definately ranks up there with the harder weapons to get.</p>
<p dir="auto">I am thinking since it is an evil weapon(notice anti-good flag). Something that affects one of the good races. Mental comes to mind as there are no mental affecting weapons atm. Lightning, negative. Made out of iron or something, that affects one of the good races.</p>
<p dir="auto">Just a suggestion.</p>
<p dir="auto">Or another idea, make it weapon type staff/spear. This would solve the problem of no high level decent damage spears. And it would make sense</p>

No way an Elf would be able to stand against one. Plus if it gains stats. As I see it, the ataraxia has the 120 mana, lower damage; the staff doesn't have anything and superior damage. I think it balances.</p>

I think the change in ataraxia's damage was a conscious decision by syn, not a side effect of the material change (which is to gold, not iron btw).</p>
