<![CDATA[Global Echoes]]>I think global echoes should be prefixed with 'GLOBAL' or 'GECHO' or something, this includes for morts. Why do I suggest this? Mainly, captures. So that a gecho won't be lost in battlespam or something. Maybe make this toggleable, since in certain cases (like switching from day to night) it would be annoying as crap. Mainly I see this necessary for imm announcements, like reboots and things.

Echos are used in things like time, objects make them, immortals make them, rooms do… they're pretty well universal. If an immortal has a DIRE announcement they'll either post a note or it will be sent multiple times. Besides, it ruins my fun when I echo some stuff when there's a [GLOBAL] Flag attached to it.
