Why do I suggest this? Mainly, captures. So that a gecho won't be lost in battlespam or something. Maybe make this toggleable, since in certain cases (like switching from day to night) it would be annoying as crap. Mainly I see this necessary for imm announcements, like reboots and things.</p>

Echos are used in things like time, objects make them, immortals make them, rooms do… they're pretty well universal. If an immortal has a DIRE announcement they'll either post a note or it will be sent multiple times. Besides, it ruins my fun when I echo some stuff when there's a [GLOBAL] Flag attached to it.</p>
