These are the current flags for bugs, this list may be changed or added to in time.

Documentation: Brief description of any documentation (logs, screenshots) that you have, this should also be attached to the post.

This will make it easier to prioritize bugs on the periodic lists that are made, and will keep everyone up to date on current problems. When a bug is fixed, either an admin will close the topic, or the person who made the original post is able to, after adding a 'fixed' flag to it. Any further information about the bugs should be made in replies to the topic, by anyone who has it.
