Any time you've got something to report, make a topic in here (as descriptive a title as you can manage), with the following information.

These are the current flags for bugs, this list may be changed or added to in time.
<quote>> <list>* Security – This keyword will be applied to any bug that allows for a breaking of security. Gaining of immortal levels/commands, power to disrupt the game, anything of that nature.

Exploit – This keyword applies to any bug used to gain an unfair advantage, be it easy access to normally hard-to-reach areas, powerful items, or easy wins in pk/npc battles.

Crash – This is applied to any bug that can crash the game.

Mortal Annoyance – General catch-all, this label applies to bugs that do not cause major problems, but are annoying to mortals, to have to deal with.

Immortal Annoyance – Like mortal annoyance above, but applies to immortals.

Cosmetic – Any bug that doesn't cause trouble, and doesn't cause annoyance, but results in parts of the game not appearing as they should, or displaying what they should.

Fixed – This bug is believed to be fixed.</list></quote>
Bug Name: Topic title

Reported By: Who reported the bug, if a mortal

Flags: Any of the flags listed above

Summary: Summary of the bug, steps to reproduce it, etc

Documentation: Brief description of any documentation (logs, screenshots) that you have, this should also be attached to the post.

This will make it easier to prioritize bugs on the periodic lists that are made, and will keep everyone up to date on current problems. When a bug is fixed, either an admin will close the topic, or the person who made the original post is able to, after adding a 'fixed' flag to it. Any further information about the bugs should be made in replies to the topic, by anyone who has it.
