by 8 permanently

Spell: regeneration : level 120, modifies none by 0 permanently

Spell: sanctuary : level 55, modifies ac by -800 permanently

Spell: pass door : level 95, modifies none by 0 permanently

Spell: haste : level 90, modifies dexterity by 4 permanently

Spell: bless : level 84, modifies hit roll by 10 permanently
