Kept items cannot be stolen in CPK rooms only because they are "kept."

Sirin's Note: Tested with Areo. He couldn't even steal it after blackjacking me, and then it kept trying to wake me each time he tried to steal it.

Also fixed most (but not all) instances in which the game doesn't tell you anything when you try to drop, give, donate, sell, etc. a "kept" object.
