We did test this a little, but realized that being on immortal characters may have had something to do with the results. Not fixed, at any rate.</p>

I did this because in their extreme brilliance, the ROM guys decided to make "Fighting" a position instead of a state. Hence, if you're in combat, your position has to be 'fighting', or things will get majorly screwed up. I'll see if there's an elegant way to resolve this problem.</p>
