I'm sorry, but where are you guys getting these 8 attacks? I count 7, and please tell me if I miss one (unless you're just counting bash or circle or some crap).
1: first
2: second
3: third
4: fourth
5: haste
6: dual wield
7: titanic attack

Oh and Darigaaz haste and dual weild give extra attacks so there would be 8 or 9 attacks. If you do the math so hence why having about 3 or 4 more attacks then others is MOSTLY unfair. I don't know if I'm doing the math wrong cuz i can only do 5 attacks sometimes 6 if lucky and thats with all the spells and such but to have alot of attacks in a round as to do with hitroll right?

rofl, ya i get 8-9 attacks hahahahhahahhahahahha…. tahts the stupidest think ive ever heard, sense im the only remort titan, i think id know how many attacks i get, i get from anywhere from 4-8, the way you guys are talking is that i get 8-9 attacks and they hit everytime, i barely ever get 8attacks, even with em all mastered, even if i do get 8 attacks, only like 2-3 actually HIT them

the same could be said about drow, 1 vul plus a extra attack and 2nd highest mana in the game….. thats alittle overpowered too.. every race has its ups and downs titans is a extra attack and lame ass mana... and a vuln to lightning which there isnt alot of shocking weapons/lightning damage spells...</quote>
We have the 2nd highest mana in the game and the 2nd LOWEST hp..i have 3500 hp max…just cuz you cant beat me doesnt mean you have to bitch about it :P And it's extra defense..not attack

its just as big of advantage or bigger then a extra attack i think, im already start alts because of titans gay ass mana, and the titans have the 2nd lows mana, so its just about the same as drow, each races has ups and downs, just because titans get a extra attack doesnt mean there "THAT" much better then any other race.. there vul and mana make up for the fact that they need to do more damage because they cant heal as much

There isnt a way to remove anything from titan, or give it, that would preserve balance. from something i posted earlier, removing an attack would simply negate titanic attack. giving them more mana would start to unbalance things.
so lets go from that...
What other races...and not drow, since we see that here, need a balancing act? put it in another thread, continue here....personally, i'd like to see what someone else thinks...

i honestly think minotaurs need something, there are by far the worst pk race now, lowest mana and nothing special..

i dont disagree. there were some powerful mino's tho, but they could use something, statwise or skillwise. i'll think about it, come back after dinner and workout, and see if i have something new.

Okay. I started this topic so that we could get some productive comments and suggestions going. I didn't want for you people to argue with and insult each other. I back Ertai up 100%. Stop the damn pissing contest. It's going to get both sides nowhere fast.
I may be wrong, but I think here's the 8 possible attacks:
1.first (global)
2.second (global)
3.third (warrior)
4.fourth (destroyer)
5.haste
6.dual
7.titanic (titan)
8.dual with haste (haste does give you an extra attack on your second weapon right?)
okay, also one thing to add is that one of those weapons can be a 2 handed weapon, which of course will do much more damage than a normal weapon. So perhaps it would be LIKE having more than 8. but as far as I can see you wouldn't get more than 8. Now it could LOOK that way, if you hit the tick just right, it'd look like 16 or so.
'Arkain is right about something though. Not ALL of those attacks would necessarily hit every time. BUT, the potential is there.
Someone correct me if I am wrong, in a CIVIL MANNER PLEASE.

For once I agree with Ark I am a mino and they have nothing and the vuns are easy to use all someone would have to do is use a fire weapon or spam fire spells even with sanc on and all it still hurts alot other then that they are kinda weak and need some improving although I have no suggestions at the time being but back to the topic of titans :wink: :twisted:

Thats because you picked other skills over attacks, u could have made a destroyer instead of a crusader and u would have gotten another attack, and also u have to count the attacks from your mount…. mounts are overpowered i think

I'm not saying this to sound dumb but are you talking about pmounts right well the Imp that handles the pmounts upgrades said something about it in another post but the Imp is going to conitue to give everyone a upgrades on thier mounts cuz it wouldnt be fair to have some people have the upgrade and other not if I had said anything that is incorrect plz say something I don't want to put words in peeps mouths :twisted: :p

I was pointing out that I get five attacks, clarifying the line of posts before hand where people were "thinking" that there might be more. Fourth attack would be six, titanic attack would be seven.
And as I have pointed out, mount attacks are less than what I do mounted or not, plus they only get one attack, two if you haste them. I tested with a level 140 mount, which pmounts go to 120. If you want to take less damage from a mount, smart thing to do is dispel it. I have never dodged while mounted, I rarely acrobat, so the best thing to hope for is parry, which is slightly better. The extra damage gained from being mounted with the mounts damage, is usually balanced out with the damage received in return from the opponent due to the infrequency of defenses, usually more.
Trample damage is a joke for a starting combat, so that really isn't worth it, nor bash damage while mounted. To say that mounts are overpowered is like saying breathing is overrated. There are weaknesses and strengths to it that make it balanced.

this prolly goes into another forum, o well..
mounts need to be just that..mounts. not combat participants, glad they cant cast anymore. i dont use a mount, not ever. no regular or pmounts. i walk/transport where i need to go. the obvious balance here would be removing them from combat altogether..want to stay mounted, and want combat…maybe a horse that can rear up once every other round or something, do slight damage.
far as mino's...they have a few things that give them decent attacks, but they should get the two handed weapon thing too...at least it would offer an evil class with that option.
something else could be a natural maze ability, which is where mino's were first wrote about anyway..if they have that already, i dont know, dont play one.
