I've analyzed it and some of those scripts on the mobs have some pretty bad problems. I'm going to turn it off for now until I can figure out what happened, I heading out to a friend's 21st bday party in a little bit and don't plan on coming back sober.. I've restarted the mud, something about my game rerunning script is still fishy. sorry for the inconvenience but I think it'd be to peoples advantage if we waited until this was fixed to run it.

Well I had restarted it for a few minutes until I read this. I'll wait til I can talk to you or if you think it looks okay just note me. For now I've stopped the repops of the mobs and just have it so the players can deposit items they have. Sorry everyone.

Strangely enough, we've had quite a lot of time while the global is running, it just gets broken up and everyone shits themselves because they are getting inconvenienced. I know for a fact that in the last 24 hours we've been up for at least 7 hours, plus people had stuff from before.

Just had to throw in my bitter and angry opinion.

Well, there tend to be news posts on the game about globals, though it'd not be hard to throw one on the main page as well here. Slightly offtopic, if the rp thing goes through, I'd like to post information about that when it becomes available as well, so people are aware of such events ahead of time (some, as I do, tend to read a news post, then forget about it unless reminded to 'news read <number>')</number>

I can't remember how much warning we gave in the announcement for the global the first time it was going to be run. If there was a short notice it was because we were rushing to get it done so that it could be put out early for the players (We had just about as much time to work on it as we gave notice). Unfortunately it's had to be run several times and I think the time (while spread out) has been more than enough.

We will more than likely be doing a global at a later date (I will discuss with Syn if he wants to set up a schedule with me to do globals) and from now on there will be more warning about them. The only thing that has to be decided is if players would prefer we run this one again or if they'd like to see a new global (which is perfectly fine). Sorry about the short notice with the Global but it was the best we could do.

I didn't start looking at this board until recently so all I saw was in game notes. I'll be watching here from now on. From what I heard about the global, you Imms made another fine global, only problem was the crashing. I will be eagerly awaiting the next one whether it's the same or new! :)
