It takes more than a half an hour to do 4-5 quests. It's a half an hour is you exclude all the running around you need to do and just leave in the time you need to wait before you can quest again.

its 7-10 mins between quests, it takes alot longer than 30 mins there sparky.

if the Skill/spell is SUPPOSED to help you cross Cont…...so be it.....
but if it ISNT....using it to do so makes you a big cheater pants/or tights as the case may be.

If the skill isn't supposed to help you cross continents, then it should be taken out period because it is a completely worthless skill. Like exorcism and a few other skills.

And if it is supposed to help you cross continent. Then I suggest the other remort mage classes get similar spell/skill. As it is a big advantage to be able to do it.

I can't even fathom on how this spell can be useful. First off, it uses a moonstone. As everyone knows, moonstones are primarily used for Silence, and in my opinion, is the only spell worthy of a moonstone. Second, you can't even cast Maze while fighting. So when do you cast it?! When the person catches you and asks you to wait a bit so he can tie his shoes?!

cant cast spelltrap in combat either
cant put it on scrolls or in potions
so i guess you have to put it on the ground in anticipation of someone walking in, i dunno..i never use it

they took it out of scrolls when certain people would make scrolls of silence/blind/spell trap.

you mean dispel/blind/spell trap
i can see that, but it should be castable in combat

In some of these cases I'm not aware the spells are under powered (whisp did write most of the remort spells, i normally fix and balance stuff - so someone has to point it out to me for it to be fixed)

Nothing but love for ya Syn. I think a way to fix maze is to first change it so it's not a self afflicting spell. Allow use in combat, raise the mana a bit and the casting time and when the spell is successful, the other player is sent to the maze with large tough aggro monsters for a little bit, allow some time for the caster to run away :D

OK, I've changed maze so 1) you can use it on people / npcs while fighting them, and 2) whenever they return from the maze, they are booted to a random room in the mortal world (just for fun). So, in essense, you would kinda be able to use it for transport, but that's offset by the fact that the room you exit in is random. And yes we will fix it to be an actual maze instead of "Maze Replacement Room" too ;)
