    Heya, Good job on the updates. Keep plugging away at it. Being a student as well I understand your pain 8) Hope to see you back soon. As Areo mentioned, we're going to lock and archive this board once I get my project system in – that allows us to communicate about projects in-game as well as some other fairly neat stuff. It's good to see posting, and you're quite a more talented writer than I, so it look fwd to viewing the area 8) PS: Deleted a duplicate post on this thread.

    Preparing to close this board, with the completion of the immortal project system ingame (thanks Syn! :D) In any case, my project updates: Restore Sirin's pfile: <color color="#408040">Complete</color> Player Website: <color color="#999940">Done, sorta.</color>1 Orgs: <color color="#400080">Planning</color> 1. The site is functional, but needs to be updated to use php, and have an administrative interface for updates. This will be done while integrating the site and forums, which is in progress.

    With the site actually up, I think the time has come to give it a bit of an upgrade. Here's what I've got so far. <list type="decimal">4. Rewrite the site to use php, with MySQL to store info (likely the forum db) Content for the site. Hidden Admin Stuff Integration of site and forums, so people can click "Board" and see the board. This might be a good thing, y'know? Multiple templates for the site/forums, allowing users to pick how they want to see things. Wiki, maybe.</list>

    Actually, I've got the source for the Mersenne Twister random number generator… which has a disgustingly long period for the random numbers, something about 2^19937-1. I think that is enough.     Maybe for the most part. Perhaps have it generally accessible, for things like quest clues and other info, but leave the predominant activities remort-only.

    Or base it upon the condition of the object. A worn/loose sextant isn't likely to work as well as a prestine sextant. Through age (if degradation is added) and repeated use, it will eventually become damaged.

    it's any pulled cart (the relics are carts). You move, the movement code sees you have a pulled cart and removes it from its room, not your last room. One of three things would need to be done: force an auto-drop of ANY cart on teleportation prevent the action teleport the cart with the puller. With the case of the relics… it could do #1 or #2, depending on relic? the relic could interfere with teleportation. All other carts can just do #3.
