Lich Mana Regen

just an idea, something to help lich slightly, since they get hosed in a few minor ways…
dwarves have relatively high hp regen. Lich are supposed to regen mana much faster than normal...i was thinking maybe giving lich a mana regen comparable or equal to the dwarven hp regen, may help that race out some.
