Removal of Rahlstein

Obviously, Rahlstein is all kinds of screwed up. Seriously, go look at his lab sometime, guys. Anyway, as part of the closing of the sewers, I'd like to see Mayor Roscharch or others in the town uncovering stuff about Rahlstein (sending the players down to the sewers being his way of getting materials (read: player corpses) for other unsavory projects and experiments).
This would make its way back to Yurien, who would have dispacted some Seralian imperial guards to apprehend the crazy bastard. The guards will be wandering Olaria after sealing access to Rahlstein's lab and the sewers, enlisting the aid of players to help hunt the mad scientist down.
Where Rahlstein has fled, and what he has created to defend himself are still up in the air, but I would like for him to be hiding somewhere in the town, even if it needs to be built. The object would be to wipe out his abominations, and either kill Rahlstein himself or drive him from Olaria (which will be the end result, so that he can be used in possible later plots)

I like this idea, i love it, and Areo can be the father of my manbabies because of it… er rather, yeah let's do this event! :P I would like to offer myself toward helping with this event, if it be helping build the new areas.. or removal of the lab, or devising a tormentous event for the players... what ever... I'm your baby!

An idea could be that he's captured and brought to Plith for imprisonment and trial. That could lead to have some kind of quest to break him out and whatnot before trial.

Could be an event geared towards evil or neutral aligned players Nibs, but then we'd have to think of something for the good aligned… Theoretically, why would a good aligned person want to free him?

For good:
Rahlstein's creations/followers have been found wandering around, searching for items in which to free their master. These creatures must be found and hunted down, as they pose a threat. The items they carry must be confiscated and given to authorities to find out the means of how they were plotting to set Rahlstein free.
There could 4 kinds, or something, for good and evil. Neutral could have two good, two evil if they wish to take sides that way, or kill them all, not caring one way or another.
