So I'm sitting in Plith recall wearing my scare helmet and for some reason, I see all these balking messages from BONE MOUNTAIN mobs (trolls, gnomes and lions). Then it keeps changing lists, as if it can't make up it's damn mind what mobs it wants to show. When I slay them, their corpses appear in the rooms they WERE in, not 11001, so they are not being teleported.

So something is really UP with this. Bad location maybe?

This was fixed a few reboots ago - caused by mobs who fleed but were killed by room affects like rocks or inferno. Basically the mob struct would be freed, and the game would continue trying to transfer that freed space with disastrous results.
