Ok, discussed a little on ooc.
But my thoughts, this is a remort only 4th class weapon.
Damage should be higher than it is. Maybe not as high as it used to be, but higher than say the soulcutter, which is not as hard to get (though close) and is available for use by morts. Close to the range of the Ataraxia would be nice. Maybe 300 or so.
Also it has the evil flag on it but it does flame damage, a vuln of evil races. I believe the damage should be changed to something that would affect one of the evil races, this could be lightning, mental for vs titans, or cold for vs draconians, or negative for the slayers.
Anyways my 2 cents on the matter.

Well, my first question is why are the keywords for it "angels wrath"? And why would a weapon with those keywords be evil? Sounds good to me. I'm all for putting cold damage on it. I can't think of any weapons with cold damage… come on, exploit my vulnerability! (though granted you aren't going to find too many other high draconians that play anymore).
And for a remort_only weapon, I would say that it should definitely do a lot more damage.

Nod, the sword of justice only does a base damage of 277 or there about, so like the Trapsoul does not compare in damage with the other "elite" weapons unless you are vuln to it. Where as Ataraxia, tainted all have base damage that are good even without the vuln. Then the vulns make it a bane(sortof) for that race. At the moment I can not think of any single handed weapon that does 300+ base then exploits a vunlerability of a good race. And can only think of one double handed weapon that does 300+ and exploits any weakness.(slayers negative vuln).
